Summary/Abstract: In the time of globalization, both prosperity and the crisis rapidly spread to all markets that are integrated into the global economy. With the crisis spreading from the U.S. mortgage market to the entire world economy and the economy, the globalization process was brought on an unenviable position. Globalization has led to large transfers of capital between countries, multinational companies and financial institutions, which aided the spread of the crisis to the rest of the world. Retreating from globalization is neither desirable nor possible, regardless of the arguments that speak in favor of localization, the global decline of power or of returning to the narrow concept of state power. Without effective systems for risk management on the global level, it appears that it is impossible to ensure prosperity and security of 9 million people.
