Summary/Abstract: Technique of Communication and Ethics of Communication. Pluralism is an ambiguous social and cultural concept: it is willing to be a consensus built on a dissensus, a unity made of free accepted conflicts. It is possible to distinguish an A-pluralism, humanistic and universalistic, and a B-pluralism, differentialistic and communautaristic. The ideological consequences of this B-pluralism can be bellicose or nihilist. At the philosophical level, this has two consequences on the foundation of communication: on the one hand, a technical foundation, which uses communication as mind-conditioning, under the perspective of a "noopolitcs" which sees the reign of information as the birth of a common human brain; on the other hand, an ethical foundation, which produces a new paradigm of inter-human relations: the paradigm of a subjectivity which creates intersubjectivity.
