Summary/Abstract: Vlad Nistor suggests in this article that Romania did not used to be a country respecting its promises, except some special cases. Once Romania was invited to become an EU member, the Government and the politicians had to respect their words and engagements. This is the only way for them to credible and for Romania to be a European country.
