Frozen conflicts in the Extended Region of the Black Sea. A risk analysis

Summary/Abstract: The issue of frozen conflicts constitutes a vulnerability in the Black Sea region. The purpose of this paper is to identify the possible evolutions in the field of security and to avoid strategic surprises by using the risk analysis method. Finally, some recommendations are included and they aim to lead to the normalization of the situation in the region.
