Summary/Abstract: To be a minority is to be a part of a historical failure that is worth living. In such a perspective Romanian entity in Vojvodina has been enriched with constitutional prerogatives that give him the status of an offcial minority even it’s basic existence remains second rate. UE could solve the minority problem if it had the strategic and profi table elements, which would enable such a world to exist on the long run. Th erefore the Balkan is just a memory and the united Europe just a dream. The minorities are not immune to the automatic, fatal happenings because they are like the sugar crystals, ready to dissolve easily in touch with the live water of life. It is obvious that the times are changing, bringing new questions to life, giving totaly unexpected answers. Th e minority member accepts the game of life in a passive, naked form: the state of law and economy do not give him a chance to observe life in his own way. Th e culture of Romanian people, his language and especially his creative written and artistic energy has reached the modern men with the success of an outcast. The literature of the small nations in European context is still in process of multiplying of various interests for possible openings in the foggy scenery.
