Summary/Abstract: The goal of the paper is to show the role of human capital in shaping agility of knowledge based organizations. The paper also presents human capital features creating as a result of knowledge economy effect as well as human capital properties in agility dimensions on the unit and organization level influencing efficiency of adaptation of organization into knowledge economy.
