Theoretical and practical aspects regarding certain obligations of the employer in the procedure of enforcement by seizure

Summary/Abstract: Starting from the incontestable importance of the enforcement within the broad sense of the judicial activity, we proposed to answer certain questions related to the enforcement by seizure. We thought about such an approach starting from the idea that under the circumstances of the contemporary society the seizure plays a very important role and is more often used by the judicial life participants who intend to capitalize a recognized or won right. We approached herein only certain theoretical and practical aspects regarding the enforcement by seizure, trying to answer certain questions and misunderstandings occurred in the present practice of certain employers which acquire the capacity as seized third party.
