Summary/Abstract: The interactional relationship which is constituted between organisational (corporate) culture and the type and content, and thus the power of management, has become the subject of increasing attention of theorists and practitioners who are engaged in research activities in the field of economics and sociology. It is indisputably established that organisational culture of a business system affects the type and content of management, which is applied in a particular business system, and therefore the power of management. The reverse impact of management on corporate culture is also determined, which is created under the influence of a particular management. This presentation is a small contribution to a better understanding of these interactions.
