Summary/Abstract: Equality in chances between women and men on work market proved to be of a crucial importance in communitarian space, positioning the problem of equality in chances in the centre of the European Strategy for Occupation. European strategy for increasing work forces recognizes contribution of chances equality between women and men at realization of objectives from Lisboan. To fully exploit the potential of productivity of European work force, it is essential to promote participation and permanence of women on work market and to eliminate differences between men and women in all fields.
