Multi-level governance in the EU: What Model for Romania?

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to examine concepts, such as governance and multi-level governance, closely related to the principles of partnership and additionality and to analyze the characteristics of the multi-level governance system and the increasing number of actors and level jurisdictions. The paper presents several observations on the administrative decentralization in Romania and the perspectives of implementing of multi-level governance after EU accession.
