Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this study is to identify the state and make recommendations for policy to support investment in human capital in enterprises that determine the competitiveness and innovation of local of entrepreneurship milieu in the region. The conclusions come from studies carried out in small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the region of Łódź.
