Summary/Abstract: The religious literature of Vasile Voiculescu does not only make use of Christian elements, but rather illustrates a religious syncretism. As the author himself confessed, he experimented with various domains of mysticism: “I have gone through all phases of mystical experiences, from Buddhism to Teosophy and a curiosity that I do not know how to explain prodded me towards occultism and even towards books of chiromancy. I had a spiritual hunger that I did not quench with either literature, or any feat of greatness.”
