Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of a pilot survey regarding patient satisfaction towards medical services provided by Alba County Emergency Hospital and was conducted in order to discover the main problems that the respondents might encounter when giving responses and also to identify what were the most important factors, from the respondents point of view, that contribute to their satisfaction regarding health care services. The designed questionnaire was applied to a total of 50 persons from the city of Alba Iulia. In the moment of applying the questionnaire some difficulties in the construction of the questions emerged. In the paper are presented the obtained results and the measures that will be taken in order to eliminate the identified problems.
