Some considerations regarding financial fraud affecting the interests of the European Communities

Summary/Abstract: Within the European Union there is no uniform regulation on the definition and punishment of tax evasion, each country having its own legislation. An exception is the punishment of counterfeiting the euro. The author analyzes in this study some aspects of the frauds that are committed to the detriment of the EU budget.
