A system approach to management

Summary/Abstract: Modern organizations often face a dilemma of how to choose a concept of management that would result in their gaining sustainable competitive advantage on the market. This is so because of the uncertainty concerning potential gains and costs of introducing a given concept. All this calls for arranging this research field, both with respect to terminology and methodology. In the article its authors point at a system approach as a tool of such arrangement
