THE PENALTY MECHANISMS IN PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW

Summary/Abstract: International security can be assured only by approaches in accordance with the frame of forming and implementing of Public International Law. This law branch set up at in relation with the state, as primaries and fundamentals subjects, which have organized into a coordinator juridical system, creating rules in order to keep up the international order. Because of the specificity of forming and implementing of these international rules, their violation have to be punished only by appropriate sanctions means and tools, issues which are the theme of this article.
