Summary/Abstract: The career development represents the planning process of its development stages by the organization and the personnel of the Ministry of Administration and Interior in order to actively control this field and determine the improvement of the quality of professional activity. This entails the identification, the analysis and the leveling of the personnel’s needs and competences with the organization’s interests and expectations and in the same time the design and accomplishment of the action plans and programs on the police officers’ professional career.
