SEXUAL PERVERSION, SEXUAL CORRUPTION AND INCEST. OFFENCES AGAINST THE PERSON OR AGAINST MORALITY?

Summary/Abstract: Sexual Offences tend to become one of the most debated subjects in nowadays criminal law. Having this in mind, we have dedicated our study to the presentation of indecent exposure, sexual abuse of minors and incest (section A, B and C), as well as to the discussion whether they are offences against the person or against the public morals. Finnaly, in agreement with the comparative law, we propose solutions for a future legislation.
