Summary/Abstract: The article presents basic directions and forms of changes in relationships between managerial staff and workers in Polish enterprises after 1989. Changes resulting from the processes of privatisation and restructuring of former state enterprises as well as subsequent processes related to globalization and economic crisis were given the most attention.
