Summary/Abstract: Currently, the company’s success depends on company’s approach to people, especially on scope and terms of respecting people’ interests. Such an approach results from the company’s personnel policy. There is a connection having a significant impact on the accomplishment of these interests between mentioned policy and organizational culture. Particular solutions within the personnel policy build up cultural values and these are important determinants of this policy. A wise people management is crucial in the tourism sector. Here the man is the one who decides about the customers’ returning process. Therefore managers should be aware what rules should be followed while making decisions about employees and they should implement company personnel policy and organizational culture.
