Knowledge sharing among professionals as a determinant of their creativity

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problem of specificity of knowledge sharing among knowledge workers as a crucial process for knowledge transfer in a knowledge based organization. The main part of the paper is dedicated to conditions, especially organizational, that stimulate specialist’s communicating openness and build knowledge transfer efficiency among professionals. The article concentrates on elements that create the organization which is friendly to increase knowledge workers creativity and willingness to be innovative.
