Summary/Abstract: Training processes included in business strategies and personnel strategies of companies affect their higher competitiveness. Training interventions on the labor market, in turn, facilitate the process of leaving the unemployment status and increase the mobility of workers. An employee at the non-mobile age is a special entity on the internal and external training market. In the project Equalising Opportunities on the Labour Market for People Aged 50+ programs addresses to people 50+ implemented in Poland between 2004 and 2009 were analyzed. These studies show a fairly broad stream of activities for these people. Diverse training interventions are a large block of activities.
