Summary/Abstract: In contemporary's business environment, successful company must be socially responsible and environmentally conscientious in addition to essential tendency for maximizing profits, because only in this way can it ensure competitiveness in the market. Performance measuring of the airport is a critical management activity, which must be consistent with the goals, strategies and key success factors. Since the decision making is based on facts about considered task and their detailed analysis, the essence of optimization consists of the requirement to choose the best variant from the range of possible alternatives, on the basis of the adopted criteria. In this regard, in the example of the airport, there is a tendency to optimize by multiple criteria, where in the addition of essential economic, the environmental, social and other criteria are included.
