Summary/Abstract: This paper describes the changes of the concept on Limited Liability Company (LLC) with special accent on the German legislation, and also all aspects related to its modifications, advantages and disadvantages, legal amendments, objectives of the reform and novels. LLC is becoming more attractive as a legal form. Through the package of measures, the attractiveness of the LLC has been increased, not only in connection with the formation of the LLC, but also in terms of its engagement as business in promotion activities, or as a business participant on the market. In preparation of this paper the author used the analytical-synthetic and comparative method, through the analysis of domestic laws, regulations and reports of the European Union and literature.
