Summary/Abstract: In this paper we elaborated on sampling methods, discussed different techniques on statistic units allocation into stratified sample, analysed three types of allocations using hypothetical example of companies grouped in three categories in accordance with number of employees, and applied statistic analysis for evaluation of certain parameters. Sampling is a process for selecting a sample from population with large number of units; sample comprises of representative number of statistic units having in mind that actual selecting must not be subjective. Due to limited resources for conducting comprehensive research, there is a need for valuation of certain parameters on smaller number of units, and estimate the value of population parameters based on stochastic methods, with certain the risk of mistake. Stratified sample is a type of simple random and systematic sample, and is used when there are many different subpopulations, which require that sample is fully representative. The goal of this paper is to perform selection of statistic units into representative sample, using statistic techniques, which will be basis for further quantitative and qualitative analysis.
