Acquiring properties in poland by foreign investors

Summary/Abstract: One of the effects of financial and economic crisis in the last decade has been the change of the value of foreign direct investments in the world. At present, they are developing countries which show high and dynamic increase of annual inflow and outflow of foreign direct investments. The article analyzes statistical data reflecting the activity of foreign entities in acquiring properties in Poland with special attention paid to the effects caused by global economic fluctuations on financial markets.
