Summary/Abstract: Cinency of Bărcăneşti settlement was discovered during construction of the highway Bucharest - Ploieşti. It is positioned 58 Km north of Bucharest, in the plain. Have been investigated for three dwellings, and two semi-buried surface. One hausing presented an oven two rooms. Archaeological materials are typically getics, the site is dated sec. IV-I.
