Summary/Abstract: Principle of integrating environmental requirements into all Community policies falls into the category of general principles of European environmental law whose content refers to the requirement that all activities take into account the impact on the environment. In other words, environmental protection is a priority other interests, whatever their nature: economic, political, social. States should adopt an integrated and coordinated design development planning so that their development is consistent with the need to protect and improve the environment in the public interest. In fact, there is more to economic development and it fit guided by ecological parameters, which explains the particular link connecting integrated protection and sustainable development.
