Summary/Abstract: Double post-nominal genitives in Czech have thus far been illustrated only by a single type of nominalized structure, e.g., zbavení ženy starostí ‘relieving woman-GEN worry-GEN.PL, i.e. relieving the woman of worries’. In this paper, we specify three other types of double post-nominal genitive constructions and search for their frequency in the Prague Dependency Treebank and in the Czech National Corpus. Although the constructions are rare and less acceptable, we try to show that Czech grammar system allows them. Special attention is paid to nominalizations of support verb constructions; they can be interpreted as one lexical unit which enables them to be used within double post-nominal genitive constructions.
