Summary/Abstract: Extensive knowledge and its continuous improvement is required in the accounting profession. It has become a necessity as a result of the process of accounting harmonization, especially now, at the time of globalization. The International Education Standards, which contain guidelines on how to improve skills, secure professionalism of accountants. Special attention is paid to the ethics of accountants and their attitude to their duties.
