Summary/Abstract: The presented paper is a continuation of many years of research on such a complex phenomenon as teenage suicide. The authors present a description of this phenomenon, and the main pathopsychological, socio-psychological factors that lead to such a tragic choice of teens to voluntary withdraw their life. The key goal of our research concerns development and adaptation of screening methods, capable to more efficiently define risk groups prone to suicidal ideation and suicidal behaviors among adolescents.
