Summary/Abstract: The notion that a strong brand is a valuable company resource that contributes to its value is commonly accepted. This paper presents results of research on the impact of brand strength on differently defined financial results of selected companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Theoretical considerations on the impact of brand strength on financial results of companies were empirically confirmed. The results obtained indicate that the scale of this impact, although statistically significant, is small.
