What kind of problems do experts face in business valuation? Survey results

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of business valuation experts surveys which was carried out in 18 countries. The survey was conducted in response to such questions as: does the business valuation practice make progress in the last years, can, therefore, experts estimate value better than ever, to what extent does the process of business valuation become more and more complicated, and to what extent do experts face problems in business valuation.
