Evaluation and measurement of interorganizational cooperation relation

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, cooperation between companies becomes the crucial part of the enterprise strategy. Cooperation connections enable to spread the geographical participation, limit the costs, reduce risk, gain new abilities etc. It should be stressed that the realization of new tasks and the creation of competitive domination position depend on the level and quality of cooperation connections. Most organizations tend to realize their own interest even devoting the partner. The attempt of observation and description of indexes, estimating and evaluating the level, range and scope of cooperation, is the significant problem of the considered aspects. The paper presents the evaluation of the subject and the measurements of the cooperation.
