SOCIETAS CIVILIS ТНЕ LATE CONTRADICTORY ON AN OLD ARGUMENT

Summary/Abstract: The autor of this work relates to the latest argument on "Sociates Civilis" making а point on actualizing an old XIIIth century subject on the civilian society and state. This "new discovery" is concidered in the context of middle and eastern Europe's democracy approach and it is itself accepted аѕ а programme strategically, analytic and normative paradigm. То have the clear meaning of this latest arguments, some contradictories on the term "Sociatas Civilis" have been brought up and lightened, parallely with а search on analytically relevance, normative meaning and political potentiality. Notes made on certain indications due to the relevance ofthis discusion on the facts in Macedonia, have particulary been conected to the main problem - the regularity frames of state action.
