"Monarhia universală" a lui Dante, un proiect european?
Dante’s Universal Monarchy – An European Project

Summary/Abstract: In this article it is presented the first project for European political construction, Dante’s Universal Monarchy. The author analytically presents the structure of this construction and emphasizes its viable ideas, concluding that, following the new principles and identifying “the Universal Monarchy” with the final stage of the European construction – an Europe reaching the intelligence through the intellect – Dante’s project could constitute a stimulus for this construction and could be not such hostile to it.
