Summary/Abstract: The energetic sector is one of the most important sectors in any industrialized country. This sector represents the base, the foundation for any industry. As any other sector of an industry it requires a special type of resources. Traditionally, the resources were oil, coal and natural gasses. All those resources are by nature limited, all being fossil fuels. While the modern world was created using those “building blocks”, the new geopolitical stage as well as the limited natural resources that exists will have a major impact all over the globe, reaching developed countries like USA and countries that are developing like Romania, alike. Oil, one of the most important natural resources, is concentrated in just a few places like Middle East, Russia, or Mexico.
