Summary/Abstract: The study is a review of laws against discrimination in Germany, focusing on the effects of the variety of legal systems has its own German Länder. Turkish and Kurdish minorities situation is considered evidence of the limits of the current system. They argued in favor of measures to education in their mother tongue. Provisions in Romania regarding national minority language education are considered an example of good practice relevant for Germany.
