Summary/Abstract: The enterprise modelling is a very wide discipline that covers various methodolo¬gies developed by different science professionals. The paper includes consideration on the pluralism of enterprise modeling methodologies. The main goal of the paper is to present management science approach to enterprise modelling and to discuss opportunities to apply management models for enterprise modelling. The paper comprises the explanations of how the management models can be utilized in IT governance and IT (Information Technology) projects for successful IT governance.
