Summary/Abstract: The cuisine of noblemen is an important problem of the research of the noblemen’s household. The aim of this study was to analyze the cuisine, including both meanings of this conception – the building and nourishment. The first section presents a wooden cuisine's building which was separated from the dwelling house. It also reveals the assortment of cuisine untensils. It worth noting that the variety of cuisine untensils increased in the second half of the 16th century. The second section presents food and drinks. It reveals that the basic food was provided from the noblemen’s estates. Also, it shows the importance of expensive imported products which made one of the differences between noblemen’s and peasants’ cuisines.
