Incoherencies, inconsistencies and errors with regard to the application of norms found in the current Code of Criminal Procedure

Summary/Abstract: In the present study I outlined a number of situations that, in our opinion, should be reconsidered in order to avoid all ambiguities concerning the interpretation and application of certain norms, as well as in order to come in accordance with fundamental human rights and liberties. The areas of discussion presented in the following pages cover problems identified throughout the entire Code of Criminal Procedure, rather than limiting themselves to a single criminal procedure institution.
