Constitutional Character of Local Autonomy (Theses for the New Constitution of the Republic of Serbia)

Summary/Abstract: In the process of issuing the new Constitution of the Republic of Serbia special attention should be paid to the question of the local autonomy. It is necessary to design such o model of the local autonomy which would bound the processes of centralization and allow more efficient realization of the citizens' rights in the local community. In respect to this, there already exist different initiatives, projects and models.
