Summary/Abstract: The exponential growth of intelligence activities following the September 2001 events, as well as the disagreements on the role of intelligence in the war against terrorism have constantly led to increased interest in the ethical dilemmas confronting experts in the field. Issues such as kidnappings and the use of interrogation techniques for national security purposes prevail in specialized literary works on the ethics of intelligence activities, published in English.
