Summary/Abstract: The article shows creative intelligentsia’s participation in the organization of amateur performances, in the work of rural clubs and in other cultural-educational activity. The Party’s policy on the problem of intelligentsia’s in-volvement into different forms of agitation-propagandistic work in countryside is demonstrated.
