Summary/Abstract: The „dilemma of Hobs“ is a fundamental criterion for analyzing and valuating theoretical approaches in sociology. According to theoretical conceptions of objectivistic approaches in sociological tradition (Emil Durkheim, Tolcut Parsons and others) the sociological character of the social fact is impact and compulsion on choice and behavior of the individual by norms and values constituting social order in society. According to theoretical conceptions of subjective approaches in sociological tradition (Max Weber, Alfred Shuts and others) the sociological character of the social fact is subjective purpose of meaning of social activity. The comparison of these commonly accepted conceptions suggests lack of fundamental agreement in sociological knowledge. The society and the individual are perceived as „outward things“ one toward other and an ocean of alienation divides them which has been adopted by sociology in its theories till now. It means theoretical contradiction, therefore it enforces the sociology to be humanized. We will try to discover issue from made situation in the sociological theory by new formulation of the „dilemma of Hobs“. This new formulation might be the following: compulsions by social norms and values over choice and behavior of individuals or freedom for choice and behavior of individuals form making (origin and disappearance) of social life together. Thus, we propose thesis to overcome the theoretical contradictions and ground unanimity of sociological knowledge that covers interdependences between social objective and social subjective realities. We base our arguments on the concept from dialectical transition from individual to collective and back in social reality. We mark this transition by a new notion „mutual social intense to autonomy and to integration or sostrema“. It expresses a new provisional sense of the „dilemma of Hobs“. This notion will be presented in our next article.
