CONTEMPORARY RESEARCHES IN THE FIELD OF ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY IN THE INSTITVTE OF PSYCHOLOGY AND THE UNIVERSITY OF SKOPJE, MACEDONIA

Summary/Abstract: The report is designed in two parts. The first very brief provides information on the formation, operation and celebrating the anniversary of the Macedonian Institute of Psychology, namely the 30th anniversary of its establishment at the University of Skopje. Surprisingly, in addition to research, the staff of the Institute is actively involved in the training of students in psychology at the University of Skopje. The second part of the report presents the main results of the last research project in Organizational Psychology, conducted under the direction of Dr. Sardtsoska in which they participated as faculty and students from the Institute of Psychology in Skopje.
