Summary/Abstract: As far as the causes of the social exclusion are unknown and misunderstood, there are few chances that the decisions or the politics to be influenced in a way that may lead to a better life and also the change of the negative perception of the majority, of those vulnerable minority groups to social exclusion. Gipsy population and their children (when talking about one child’s adoption) they are victims of a truly vicious circle: the exclusion made by the multiple deficit of conditions, sustained by discriminatory attitudes that agravates the social exclusion. Gipsy children are not wanted for adoptions because they are identified with the family they are coming from, all those things that are part of the gipsy community, are transmitted also to their children so that they are becoming victims in this process, decreasing their chance to live in a final family. In conclusion, our mission is to make those problems known, for those minority groups to be integrated in the majority ones.
