Summary/Abstract: This year Alcalá de Henares (Spain) was transformed into the the theater capital by The Scenic Arts Festival for Children and Young Encuentro Teatralia, meeting dedicated professionals from the art scene, carried out between 15 and 28 March 2009. Concerns reflected in the current festival is located on two areas: one related to finding new stage formulas, modern, exciting and in tune with the concerns of children and young people; the other is related to the quality and usefulness of shows messages. Common denominator of representations has been reflected in the selection on the stages of childhood and "the first youth. Cervantes House hosted in the impressive halls of the museum, some meetings for presentation of the various initiatives and projects for children theater groups, coordinated by the Association Te Veo, Red and Mira España ASSITEJ Association. Round tables organized in the festival days were grouped into Jornadas de reflexion (Days of reflection). The starting point for dialogue was the conference Boris Cyrulnik, neurologist, psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, professor at the University of Var (France), founder of the scientific discipline known as human ethology. As a critical period in developing and training future adult, adolescence is associated most often with a problem. Theater is an opportunity to communicate with adolescents. Working with emotions in live, theater can have a deeper impact than television or cinema, and can be used with beneficial effects. "Theater does not give solutions, but spit the sand”. This phrase has been cited several times during the discussions.
