Summary/Abstract: The emphasis on what is evident, that is clear and obvious, seems to discriminate against everything that is not clear and obvious and also demands evidence virtually of everything. Modern consciousness makes each existence evident. What is not clear and obvious is taken into account. The notion of evidence dissimulates the notion of norm as the power of evidence over existence. This feature of evidence phenomenon produces Form. The interpretation of Form is leitmotiv of Gombrowicz’s work, especially his novel Ferdydurke.
