Summary/Abstract: In the following article, current issues of formation and implementation of budgetary policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered, mechanisms of budget planning methods and budgetary resources utilization improvements are analyzed. A special emphasis is placed on the existing problems in the budgetary sector, which determines the need for further research in this area.
